Cut the chicken fillet in thin slices, then marinate it with soy sauce, salt and pepper
Cut and remove the seeds from the bell pepper, then cut into thin slices
Peel and cut the onion in half and then into slices
Melt butter and sauté chicken for a couple of minutes and then add the veggies. Sauté until vegetables are at the desired tenderness. Usually about 15 min on medium high heat.
For the Sauce: Peel garlic clove, crush it and slice small. Put garlic in the olive oil, mix with salt, then mis that with the Greek yogurt. Fine cut some dill to taste and add it to the sauce.
If using tortillas, place the chicken and veggies ontop, drizzle some garlic sauce, top with some micrgreens, wrap it up and enjoy! If not using tortillas, simply add it all to your plate and eat with a fork. :)
