- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, raw honey or stevia choose an option that works with your lifestyle
- 1 tbsp dried basil or fresh basil to taste
- 1 tbsp salt I like Redmans Real Salt
Salad:
- 4 boneless chicken thigh fillets you can leave the skin on
- 1 sliced avocado
- 5 cups washed and dried lettuce leaves
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup organic kale microgreens or if you want a spicy kick, try radish microgreens
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
