Broccoli Brassica Blend

This is one of my favs…it is chuck full of all the great health promoting microgreens and tastes great!

This Brassica Broccoli Blend is composed of the following varieties; Broccoli, Broccoli Raab (a variety of broccoli), radish, mustard and Arugula.  It is slightly spicy and it enhances most dishes. It is quite popular with a lot of chefs.

Mustard microgreens have health promoting and disease preventing properties. Mustard is steeped with curative powers, they are tender, succulent and spicy. Eating mustard microgreens offers a plateful of benefits, it’s a good source of vitamin A, C, E, energy and carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fibre, folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, sodium, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc.

The Arugula microgreen is another superstar, it is flavourful with a zest of pepper. Arugula has been considered for a long time as one of the most useful and healthiest natural superfoods. It’s a great source of folic acid, iron, copper and a variety of different minerals and vitamins such as A,C and K.

The Radish microgreen is one of the most sought after microgreens.  It is a good source of vitamin C, energy and carbohydrates. It also contains zinc, potassium, folate, manganese, iron, copper, sodium, phosphorus, vitamin B1 & B6, dietary fibre, niacin, riboflavin, calcium and magnesium.
